I (the Client/ Intermediary), by clicking on "Submit" ,understand that I do not own the copyright of the images as detailed above.

 

1. The photographer/studio retains full copyright, unless otherwise agreed.

2. The photographer/studio may use any images commissioned in all forms and media for advertising, trade, self-promotion and other lawful purposes including competition entries.

3. No payments will be due for further usage of images by the photographer/studio for future advertising, trade, self-promotion and other lawful purposes including competition entries & press reignition.

4. Reproduction of images for commercial gain is not prohibited.

5. Rights are limited in terms of reproduction and storage by the named Client/ Intermediary and are not transferable without further agreement and appropriate fee.

6. Images may be used for advertising purposes; however, the photographer must be credited.

7. No endorsement of product or services is offered by the photographer/studio.

8. I understand that I do not own the copyright of the images as set out in the above agreement, as per Act 1988 and any subsequent amendments.

9. All booking fees are non-refundable, should you, for whatever reason, be unable to make the date of the photoshoot. Other dates will be offered, where available, but if it is not possible to secure another date, the booking fee is forfeit.
