Nature Photoshoot - Fyvie Castle Loch

One of my favourite locations for Nature Photography is Fyvie Castle. There is a small loch there and also a hide that you can shelter from the elements. Sometimes I have seen geese, swans and tufted ducks. But sometimes I go there and I end up taking photos of something which is quite banal. On one such occasion, I managed to capture a very friendly Robin. I do like Robins. They are very common garden birds, but they are also very charismatic and engaging.

I am guessing that this particular Robin was accustomed to being fed as he was quite the performer. He almost danced in front of the camera for me.

I enjoyed watching him (or her) for a few minutes until they flew off, after they realised that I wasn't going to feed them.
