Floods - Storm Frank

At its height, Storm Frank caused a massive amount of damage. When there was flooding, the extent of the damage was yet to be found out. I happened to be going home from Inverurie while it was starting to get dark and the thought occurred to me to have a look at The Shakin' Briggie at Burngervie. The photograph below was one of the images which I took. It was used by Northsound News. The link to their story is below:-

I had never seen so much water at this place before. If you look between the trees, you can just make out the white pillars of the Shakin' Brig, which is about 2-300m away from where I was standing.
